Key Responsibilities

• Implement and configure ServiceNow ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Service Portal, Configuration Management, Release Management, Knowledge Management, and Reporting.
• Develop workflows, business rules, UI pages, UI actions, and catalog items.
• Demonstrate proficiency in JavaScript and AngularJS for UI customization.
• Establish ServiceNow development instances and manage migration of update sets to Test and Production environments.
• Work with CMDB, Discovery, and Event Management and integrate them with ITSM modules.
• Implement ServiceNow integrations with third-party tools such as LDAP, SSO, JIRA, Workday, Slack, and Tanium.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather system requirements, create conceptual designs, and implement solutions within ServiceNow.
• Ensure compliance with IT Asset Management processes and integrate tools like MS SCCM with ServiceNow.
• Work within an Agile project execution environment and maintain proper documentation.
• Preferred Qualifications: CIS – ITSM Implementation Specialist certification is desirable.
• Knowledge of Jenkins, Chef, Tomcat, JBoss, WebLogic, and databases for application deployment is a plus.
• Understanding of networking devices, proxy servers, and firewalls is beneficial.
