Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Execution & Pipeline Management
- Own the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Drive net-new logo acquisition and expand existing accounts.
- Build and maintain a robust and healthy sales pipeline.
- Close complex enterprise services and solution deals.
2. Consultative Solution Selling
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand client requirements.
- Translate ServiceNow use cases (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps) into business value.
- Position solutions aligned with client digital transformation goals.
3. Ecosystem & Partner Collaboration
- Collaborate with ServiceNow and Microsoft sales teams for co-selling opportunities.
- Engage with alliance partners and internal solution architects.
- Execute joint go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
4. Stakeholder Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives (CIOs, CTOs).
- Engage with senior IT leadership to align solutions with business strategy.
- Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients.
5. Proposal Development & Deal Management
- Lead end-to-end proposal creation including solution positioning and pricing.
- Develop compelling value propositions and ROI-driven business cases.
- Manage complex, multi-year transformation deals.
6. Sales Governance & Forecasting
- Ensure accurate CRM updates and pipeline tracking.
- Provide reliable revenue forecasting and reporting.
- Identify and mitigate risks across the sales portfolio.
Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps).
- Experience with Microsoft ecosystem (Microsoft 365, Azure).
- Proven enterprise sales and consultative selling experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management capabilities.
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles and large deals.
Experience & Qualifications
- 7–10+ years of experience in enterprise IT sales.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in ServiceNow or Microsoft cloud solutions.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
