Job Summary
We are looking for a Salesforce CPQ Developer with strong hands-on experience in configuration, customization, and Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Implement and support end-to-end Salesforce CPQ solutions
• Configure Products, Bundles, Pricing, and Discounting
• Develop and manage Price Rules, Product Rules, and Advanced Approvals
• Customize CPQ using Apex, Triggers, Flows, and LWC
• Work on Quotes, Contracts, Subscriptions, Amendments, and Renewals
• Integrate CPQ with external systems (ERP/Billing)
• Support UAT, deployment, and production issues
Required Skills
• Strong experience in Salesforce CPQ domain.
• Hands-on experience on different types of Opportunity & Quotes (New Business, Upsell, Cross-sell, Renewals)
• Strong knowledge of Quote-to-Cash (QTC) lifecycle
• Hands-on with:
- Product Configuration & Bundling
- Pricing Methods & Discount Schedules
- Quote Templates & Document Generation
- Subscription & Contract Lifecycle
• Development skills: Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL
• Hands-on experience in Solution Design and Story Writing for CPQ requirements
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies (Sprints, User Stories, Backlog Grooming)
Good to Have
• Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification
• Knowledge of Salesforce Billing / Revenue Cloud
• Experience in integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
• ServiceNow Platform knowledge
